
The window openings have been cut out on the lower floor. (Taken from future circulation area.) A part wall has been added below the windows. This allows wiring to be run without interference of the insulation.
This blog follows the progress of the addition being built on the West Perth Public Library in Mitchell, Ontario. When finished, the addition will almost double the public space and the entire building will be accessible with the inclusion of an elevator. West Perth Library is a Carnegie Library built in 1910.
