Some of the furniture was delivered on Monday, Sept. 29. The program area is full.
Meanwhile, on the second floor of the original building, the alcove with the public catalogue has been painted the beautiful blue and the carpet has been removed.
This blog follows the progress of the addition being built on the West Perth Public Library in Mitchell, Ontario. When finished, the addition will almost double the public space and the entire building will be accessible with the inclusion of an elevator. West Perth Library is a Carnegie Library built in 1910.
